Wine, Wine, Wine

We were only going to try three wineries this afternoon but ended up trying four. First we had some really good hamburgers at the Golden Valley Brewery. They raise all their own beef and produce. One can count on it being healthy and good.

Last night we had a very good Pinot Noir with dinner so we stopped at that winery first. Penner-Ash Wine Cellars are putting out some very nice Pinots so a mixed case will arrive at our house this fall.
Next stop was  Bergstrom Wines where we had the best Chardonnay we've ever tasted. Guess what we'll find on our doorstep in the fall plus some more Pinot. Adelsheim Vineyards was right down the hill and, again we tried some nice wines. Their Syrah tickled our fancy so we got a couple of bottles for the RV.

We passed Domaine Trouvere and tried their offerings but did not buy anything.

When we left home about 35 days ago we had 42 bottles of wine in the RV. Today we have 39 bottles. I KNOW we have drank more than 3 bottles on this trip!!

Good thing this is our last day because you really can have too much of a good thing, besides it's getting kinda expensive.
