Ready to Get Home!

It's been awhile since I've written!

We spent the last 6 days of September in Pueblo CO attending the Newmar Rally where we had a few busy days.  We golfed and looked at all the new model year coaches ( more than once!); I attended a painting class and a seminar led by a story teller; and John made arrangements to have some minor work done on our RV like fixing a step, fix a leak, replace a fan, repair the window shade that fell down and we got the coach washed and waxed. Every morning I walked with a group and almost every evening there was some type of entertainment, one was really good (the storyteller) and one was really bad! We met lots of people, some full timers, some just starting out and shared stories with many of them.

Leaving the rally a day early, we missed the banquet and that nights show, so that we could get to Norman, OK on Sept. 30 to see our grandsons.  These two boys are growing up so fast. Vincent had a soccer game on Sat but Luca had a rare weekend off from his soccer. Saturday evening we dined at a German restaurant and after church on Sunday we drove up to OKC to play at the Riversport OKC. The youngsters climbed on the rope tower and we all enjoyed watching the kayakers try the River Rapids course.

Now we are home for a month!  It's been a good summer, very busy, but we have enjoyed all the amazing sites and earthy campgrounds.  The next adventure starts in Nov!
